Similar to the Mozzarella di Bufala, the Burrata is a type of mozzarella. This one is made using 100% cows' milk that has been stretched and filled with stracciatella - a mixture of cream and mozzarella. Best enjoyed at room-temperature, but keep it in the fridge until then.
