Cultivated on white-calcerous soils that impart a saltiness to the wine. Though the soils produce a low yield, the grapes carry delicate aromas that are typical of the “Mediterranean scrub”. The grapes are vinified on skins for around two weeks, and matured in steel tanks with continuous battonage carried out. Organic and biodynamic.
