LASAGNA ALLA BOLOGNESE
The classic Lasagna alla Bolognese from Bologna in Northern Italy. Layers of fresh egg pasta towered between a mixture of classic Ragu alla Bolognese and creamy bechamel. Our lasagna is sold fresh and needs to be cooked in the oven for around half an hour at 160-180 degrees. Because they're fresh and natural, our lasagnas have a refrigerated shelf-life of 48 hours, but can be frozen for up to three months.
