Roberto Moretti and Lucia Mori have created this blend using recovered Sangiovese, Malvasia, and Canaiolo vines. They adopt organic and biodiverse principles throughout their farming and production practices, leading to a highly limited production, releasing just one thousand bottles a year. Vigorous and hot sip with young but smooth tannin.
