Another classic lasagna from Bologna, this one is all the heartiness without the meat. Layers of creamy bechamel, fresh egg pasta, and ricotta and spinach. Made fresh, our lasagnas just need to go in the oven for half an hour at 160-180 degrees. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours, otherwise frozen for up to three months.
