A slow-cooked dug ragu, originally from Veneto just like yours truly. We cook this ragu using whole pieces of locally sourced duck marylands, prepared by our butcher just up the street, that fall apart in the process and impart a rich flavour and texture. While we'd typically serve this sauce with Bigoli, we know not everyone has a bigolaro at home. Tonnarelli are a perfect match as well.
