Made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on one of the area’s highest fields, and at a slope of over 30%, making the use of machinery impossible. The grapes are all hand-processed with care. The wine is aged for one year in Slovenian Oak before bottling. Elegant with simple tannins and good minerality.
